Danny, how long does it take to ship my order?
I ship mainly through UPS Ground so depending on where you live it may take between 3 to 7 business days for your shipment to arrive. If you wish for another carrier to handle your order then you must add it as a special request upon ordering.
How long have you been in business?
I've been in business since May of 2006. I started it in my hometown of Chicago. Now I'm located in El Paso, Texas with my main focus still on Crime Prevention for the whole U.S.
What if there is a defect on the item I purchased?
If there is a defect (which is a rarity), but does happen. You are to notify us within 5 business days, we will then give you a RMA number, ship it prepaid back to us with the address we provide. We give you 5 business days more after you have notified us about the defected item so that way you are in no rush to resend the item with it's original packaging & contents. Upon our review we will determine if there was any misuse to the item. If there's no evidence of such then we will give you an exchange.
Can we return pepper sprays?
If they have been opened. No. If they are unopened then you may do so within 15 days of when you first received your order. Actually you may go to my main site where it explains more in greater detail. Thank you
